Our verdict

QuoteIQ is built for businesses that win work on fast, accurate quotes: pressure washing, window cleaning, gutters, exterior cleaning. Essentials at $29.99/mo month-to-month is one of the cheapest ways to get quotes, invoices and payments in one app. The catch: the measuring tool that makes it special starts at $99.99/mo, and long-term independent feedback is still thin.

What QuoteIQ is

QuoteIQ is quoting-first field service software. General tools like Jobber treat the quote as one step in the job. QuoteIQ is designed around getting to a price quickly, including measuring a property from satellite imagery (MapMeasure Pro) instead of driving out. After the quote, it covers the usual scheduling, invoicing, online payments, a client database and review requests.

Picking a plan

  • Essentials ($29.99/mo): for a solo operator who needs to look professional and get paid online. It includes estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, customer financing and review requests. It does not include satellite measuring.
  • Beginner ($99.99/mo, 2 users): the plan most exterior cleaners should evaluate, because it adds MapMeasure Pro, plus expense tracking and Google Calendar sync. Measuring remotely can turn a site visit into a ten-minute desk task.
  • Pro ($199.99/mo, 4 users): adds email and text automation, in-app calling and texting, job costing and QuickBooks. This is where follow-ups get automated.
  • Elite ($299.99/mo, 10 users): route optimization, instant online quotes and booking, and mass campaigns. On a per-user basis, the best value if you have a crew.

The IQ credit system

Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of IQ credits that pay for metered features. On Essentials, Beginner and Pro, each proposal you send costs 100 credits. Essentials includes 500 credits, so heavy proposal use can run into the cap. Check how many credits your workflow uses during the trial.

What works

  • Cheapest month-to-month entry plan we track ($29.99) with payments and financing included
  • Satellite measuring for remote quotes from the Beginner plan
  • Built with exterior cleaning and route-based services in mind
  • Extra users are $25/mo, cheaper than most rivals
  • 14-day free trial on every plan

What doesn't

  • The measuring tool, its standout feature, starts at $99.99/mo
  • Email and text automation require Pro ($199.99/mo)
  • IQ credits add a usage meter to some features
  • Newer than Jobber or Housecall Pro, with less independent long-term feedback

How much independent feedback is there?

Less than for the big names. A lot of what ranks in search for “QuoteIQ review” is published by QuoteIQ itself, and some forum posts read more like marketing than owner experience. The independent user reviews on Software Advice are positive, citing faster estimates and less admin time. But there are far fewer of them than for Jobber or Housecall Pro. That doesn’t make it a bad product. It means you should lean on the 14-day trial more heavily. Measure five real properties you’ve already quoted and compare the results.

Who should pick something else

  • Interior cleaning, handyman or general home services: Jobber is more of a generalist and has a longer track record.
  • Crews that want GPS, routes and financing in a mid-tier plan: Housecall Pro Essentials.
  • Recurring route work (pest, lawn treatments, pools): GorillaDesk.
