QuoteIQ vs Jobber (2026): Which Is Better for Exterior Cleaning?
Based on official pricing pages, product documentation and public owner feedback. We have not run a hands-on trial for this page yet. How we review

Short answer
- Pressure washing or exterior cleaning, measuring a lot of properties: QuoteIQ. Satellite measuring on Beginner ($99.99/mo, 2 users) is the feature Jobber doesn’t have.
- Mixed services, or you want the most polished client experience: Jobber. Automated quote follow-ups on Connect, a website included, and a long track record.
- Crews of 4–10 on annual billing: Jobber Connect costs less than QuoteIQ Pro or Elite. Pay QuoteIQ’s premium only if you’ll use measuring, financing or its instant online quotes.
Both apps handle the core job: quote, schedule, invoice, get paid. The differences are how you build a quote and what you pay as you add people. QuoteIQ is built around exterior quoting. Jobber is a generalist that’s strongest at the client experience after the quote.
Price by team size
QuoteIQ yearly billing charges 10 months for 12 months of service, so the per-month equivalents below are the monthly price × 10 ÷ 12. Jobber’s annual figures are its regular rates; the first-year promo is lower.
| Compared on | QuoteIQ | Jobber |
|---|---|---|
| 1 user | Essentials $29.99 (≈$24.99 yearly) · Beginner $99.99 with measuring | Core $49 · $29 annual |
| 2 users | Beginner $99.99 (≈$83.33 yearly) | Connect 1 user + 1 extra: $168 · $128 annual |
| 4 users | Pro $199.99 (≈$166.66 yearly) | Connect 5-user tier: $199 · $149 annual |
| 10 users | Elite $299.99 (≈$249.99 yearly) | Connect 10-user tier: $299 · $229 annual |
| Extra user | $25/mo | $29/mo |
| Card processing | Via Stripe or Whop; fees not listed | 2.9% + 30¢; 1% for US bank payments |
At one user, QuoteIQ is cheaper month-to-month, and the two are nearly even on annual billing. As teams grow, Jobber Connect pulls ahead on price, but Connect doesn’t include job costing (that’s Jobber Grow), measuring or financing.

Two things stand out:
- Measuring is QuoteIQ’s real advantage. If you quote house washes, roofs or driveways by square footage, measuring from satellite imagery can save a site visit per quote. Over a season, that’s real money in fuel and time.
- Follow-up automation is Jobber’s. It’s on Connect at $99/mo annual for one user. QuoteIQ’s comparable email and text automation starts at Pro, $199.99/mo. If your bottleneck is quotes that never get answered, Jobber fixes that for less.
Track record
Jobber has been around far longer and has a large community of owners, guides and integrations. QuoteIQ is newer. Its independent user reviews on Software Advice are positive, but there are far fewer of them, and a lot of what ranks in search for “QuoteIQ” is QuoteIQ’s own content. That’s not a reason to avoid it. It’s a reason to lean on the 14-day trial: re-quote five properties you’ve already priced and see whether the measurements and totals match what you charged.
Which should you choose?
- Choose QuoteIQ if exterior cleaning is most of your revenue and measuring or on-site visits slow your quoting down, or you want financing for bigger jobs.
- Choose Jobber if you run mixed services, want automated follow-ups on a budget, or are building a crew and paying annually.
- Still unsure? Run both trials over the same two weeks with real jobs. The one you actually open between jobs is the right one.
